Current Responsibilities
Mr. Keadle serves as leader for JLL’s Project & Development Services across several markets including Louisville and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This role includes oversight of a strong team of project managers, designers and professionals who work with both public and private client partners to coordinate and execute capital construction projects. With an extensive background in architecture and project management, Mr. Keadle’s portfolio of work includes regional, national and global sites for distilleries, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, neighborhood developments, schools, restaurants, retail, historic preservation and others.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Keadle served as Account Director for multiple JLL clients including Brown-Forman, Porsche, YMCA, Anheuser-Busch and Lendmark Financial. In these roles, he managed additional client services such as facilities management, financial management (expense and capital), occupancy planning, workplace strategy, lease administration, transaction management, property/tenant management and vendor management. Mr. Keadle and his team can help support almost any real estate, project, facility, or construction-related need while partnering with clients to help achieve their goals.
Experience
Mr. Keadle is a licensed architect with almost 30 years of experience in project, construction, and facilities management, as well as design and architecture, including 21 years serving corporate clients. Over his career, Mr. Keadle’s focus has centered around customer, client, and employee experience. Inclusive of the design process, managing vendor partners, working with architects, engineers and contractors, his goal is to ensure a meaningful and positive experience for the client and the audience of occupants, visitors, consumers, patients and participants who live, work and visit each project.
