Career summary
Scott is a Senior Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets and is a registered representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC (“JLLS”), the real estate investment banking affiliate of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. His primary responsibilities include advising the firm’s clients and directing capital raising activities by accessing real estate equity from institutional investors. His primary areas of expertise include discretionary funds, portfolio recapitalizations, joint ventures, programmatic equity, entity-level transactions and advisory services.
Prior to joining JLLS, Scott worked in JLL’s Chicago and Los Angeles offices as amember of the Corporate Finance and Net Lease Capital Markets group. Prior to that, he was with Cushman & Wakefield in the Boston office, focused on market research. He has been an active participant in Project Destined and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chicago.
