Current Responsibilities
Scott Altieri is a Vice President with JLL, specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the Pinellas County market. Scott has more than 19 years of experience representing owners and tenants, helping them maximize real estate profitability and strategy.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Scott worked at Colliers Arnold specializing in the sale and leasing of user and investment property. Throughout his career he has sold and/or leased over 8M square feet of space, representing $325M in transaction volume.
Education and Affiliations
Scott attended Keystone State Junior College. He has received the CCIM CI INTR designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Achievements
During his career, Scott has received multiple awards representing landlords and tenants. In 2015, Scott was awarded the largest leasing assignment in Pinellas County history – a 1.7-million-square-foot industrial/flex portfolio located in the Gateway submarket.
