Current responsibilities
Sarah Savage is a Vice President at JLL Houston’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Team, Tenant Representation. Having spent years solely representing owners, Sarah gained a deep understanding of the inner-workings of landlord’s decision-making processes. She is able to creatively bring both sides together successfully in negotiating transactions. Sarah has experience in representing clients across the country through engaging and establishing relationships with local brokers. Skilled at leveraging her knowledge of various markets, Sarah is better able to meet her clients’ real estate needs.
Experience
Sarah began her career as a project leasing associate at Cushman & Wakefield, thereafter, she was a broker at Younger Partners, a boutique Dallas firm specializing in all facets of commercial real estate. Most recently, Sarah was a Tenant Representation broker at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on national portfolio accounts.
Education
Sarah received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
