Sarah joins JLL’s team with 9 years of expertise in relationship-building, community engagement, and exceptional client support. Sarah is responsible for helping JLL’s clients in leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions in the West Michigan area. Her focus is on creating, cultivating, and establishing long-term relationships with business professionals. She is dedicated to helping businesses with their overall goals and actively participating in the local community’s growth.
Driven by her out-of-the-box thinking, she prides herself in providing clients with innovation and a new perspective. She enhances this with her caring nature and lives out her belief that “your goal, is my goal”. Sarah continues to provide value by actively participating in the growth and shaping of the community.
Previously, Sarah led her team as a Customer Relations and Account Manager at AirWatch. Her responsibilities were managing over 800 accounts, and collaborating with customers on mapping deadlines and timelines for deployments. In her role, she specifically oversaw an account for a large fast food client. Under her leadership, they were able to implement a streamlined process, acquired future locations, and thus, increased their business with the client.
