Current responsibilities
Sarah Johnson provides executive level human resources support for a population of over 3000 employees across the United States. Additionally, Sarah offers expertise on client-oriented HR solutions. Sarah has been in her current role of Property Management HR Lead for the past three and half years. She is in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Sarah began her human resources career at Oak Grove Capital, a national commercial real estate lender in St. Paul. She began her career at JLL as a National Manager and was quickly promoted.
Recognitions include:
- Strategic HR Partner selected to lead the HR function for a National Business line and partner with the senior executive team to increase the business' overall value.
- Implemented best in class practices supporting human capital, culture, talent acquisition, M&A, talent management, compensation, change management, transformation, performance management, rewards, employee relations and development efforts focused on performance and growth.
- My work has resulted in winning awards for “Great Places to Work”. My diverse background of experience ranges from a small start-up company to a global Fortune 500.
Education and affiliations
She earned her M.B.A. degree at University of Northwestern- St. Paul. Sarah earned her bachelor of science, human resources and management and services from University of Northwestern- St. Paul. Sarah holds her certification from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
