Current responsibilities:
As an Executive Vice President for JLL Minneapolis’ retail team, Sara Martin provides creative retail and land brokerage solutions for both landlords and tenants in the Greater Minneapolis region.
Experience:
Leveraging her nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Sara excels at crafting strategies and developing long-term solutions for her clients. Leading with creativity, Sara’s clients know she is willing to try new concepts to achieve their goals.
Sara works with landlords, tenants, developers, brokers and investors. Her skills for fostering meaningful and long-lasting relationships have not gone unnoticed winning her Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s Woman of The Year designation in 2020.
Before joining JLL, Martin worked in the Minneapolis retail sector for a globally recognized commercial real estate firm where she was employed from 2003 to 2022.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys traveling with her son where they like to go hiking, canoeing and boating. Until recently, Martin spent most of her free time at her son’s sporting events. Now, a recent high-school graduate, Martin looks forward to visiting her son at school in Colorado.
