Current responsibilities
Samuel Lawrence is an Executive Director with over 15 years of experience in business growth and transformation. He has a diverse background in the Finance, Professional Services, and Technology industries, with expertise in integrated facilities management, real estate services, and PropTech.
Samuel excels at crafting and executing large-scale transformations in commercial real estate that unlock value and deliver experiential and commercial results. His wealth of experience in real estate services and operations serves as the bedrock for his ability to effectively leverage the most current technological advancements. By integrating these technologies into his work, he continually strives to develop pioneering solutions that set new standards within the industry. This unique approach not only ensures that he remains at the forefront of innovation but also allows him to consistently deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
Previous experience
Prior to becoming an Executive Director for JLL, Samuel led the JLL Technologies EMEA Solutions team. He developed the team from scratch to over 10 people focused on growing the PropTech industry through JLL’s technology arm across various industries.
Samuel also spent years as a senior leader at CBRE in the Global Workplace Solutions business where he was driving growth in multiple divisions across the Local and Global outsourcing teams.
Samuel started his career in technology as a consultant and went on to lead sales and customer success gaining large global clients across the financial, Insurance and professional services verticals. His role expanded into relationship management so he is able to bring a relationship first, consultative approach to our clients.
Education and affiliations
Samuel graduated from London Guildhall University where he majored in Accounting and Finance, he then went on to gain a Master’s in Computing and Information Systems from Greenwich University, London. He is a LinkedIn “Top Consulting Voice” , a Black British Business Awards winner and officially recognized as a leading ambassador for social mobility.
