Samantha Kupersmith joined JLL in October 2023 and serves as a Senior Director on the Multifamily Capital Markets team. Prior to joining JLL, she served as a Senior Associate on the CBRE Multifamily Capital Markets team where she focused on boutique new construction apartment buildings and development opportunities in Philadelphia County. Having sold over $300 million in the last 4 years, she took a stronghold in the middle market apartment space downtown.
At JLL, Samantha will expand her multifamily expertise to both private and institutional clients. Samantha is active in BIA and serves on the JFRE Young Leaders Board. She was awarded the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Rising Star Award in 2021.
