Sam is a National Director for JLL and is a regional leader for the JLL Contact Center Solutions Group. He specializes in acquisition (leasing and purchase), dispositions and build-to-suit transactions. He consults with clients in an effort to lower real estate costs, thoroughly analyze demographic characteristics of potential markets, maximize the customer experience, minimize occupancy risk, create/maximize flexibility, facilitate incentive negotiations between clients and state/local agencies, facilitate project development services and create more productive work environments.
Experience
Sam came to JLL in 2004 from another national real estate firm where he worked exclusively in tenant representation, focusing his efforts on contact centers. His prior transaction experience includes renewals, relocations, dispositions, acquisitions, expansions, contractions, build-to-suits and sale-leaseback transactions. He has a background in finance, demographic assessments, strategic planning, lease negotiation and acquisition analysis. He has completed over 150 office, call center and industrial transactions totaling over 2 Million SF. Sam has been a Top Achiever at JLL for the past six years and a Gold Achiever in 2015.
Education and Affiliations
Sam received his MBA from Baylor University Hankamer School of Business in 1994. He has been active in real estate, specializing in the call center industry, for fifteen years and is highly experienced in a wide array of transactions. He is an active board member for The Marriott Foundation For People With Disabilities and for t he Wines High School PTSA.
