Professional Experience
Sam Seiler is an Executive Managing Director in JLL’s Advisory and Transaction group in New York City. Sam specializes in representing tenants and landlords throughout the Tri-State and understands the unique aspects of value creation through physical and tenant transformation. He has been responsible for successfully completing in excess of 10 million square feet.
Sam brings a dynamic energy to every project he works on and his involvement in leasing assignments goes well beyond a traditional role as his unparalleled market knowledge resulting from extensive relationships within the New York City brokerage community has continued to separate him from his peers.
Sam focuses on the representation of alternative investment firms, private equity & venture capital firms, and high-growth creative & technology companies in the acquisition of office space and the development of occupancy strategies in New York and beyond.
Sam joined JLL in 2018 after spending over 13 years at CBRE, where he won production awards for each consecutive year, dating back to 2008.
Education and Affiliations
Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He resides in Westchester, NY with his wife Gali and their three children, Max, Peri and Maya.
