Sam Dylag serves as a Director at JLL Senior Housing Capital Markets Group, specializing in senior housing investment sales transactions, as well as debt and equity placement across the country. With over 12 years of capital markets expertise, Sam has successfully navigated transactions totaling more than $4 billion in the senior housing sector.
Before joining JLL, Sam held the position of Director at Cushman & Wakefield's National Senior Housing Capital Markets Group where he worked for 8 years. Additionally, he worked as a Senior Analyst on the debt and equity team at CBRE, arranging over $2 billion of capital for various clients. Sam is a graduate of Connecticut College, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and German Studies.
