Current Responsibilities:
Mrs. Pennington co-leads the professional service and Insurance Practice Group in Atlanta. She provides tenant representation services for users in Atlanta and across the country. Mrs. Pennington began her brokerage career at VeenendaalCave, Inc., an interior architectural planning firm specializing in corporate office design. During that time, Ryanne developed a strong working knowledge of corporate office space trends and budgeting. Her experience in space planning, construction management and LEED construction offer a unique insight into solving her clients’ space needs.

Community Involvement:
As an active member of the community, Ms. Pennington has been involved with the City of Atlanta’s Women’s Entrepreneurial Initiative and is a board member of Onboard. She is the president of JLL’s Leadership Advisory Council Advisory Board and is a member of JLL’s Brokerage Executive Council. She is a champion for Diversity & Inclusion within JLL and her community.
Education and Affiliations:
Ryanne holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from University of Kentucky. Her professional affiliations include being President, Founder and Board Member of JLL’s Women’s Business Network, OnBoard Atlanta Advocate & Board Member and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors member.
