Ryan is a Senior Managing Director of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL from Colliers International in 2022 and co-leads JLL’s Northern California and Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Investment Advisory platform with partners Matt Kroger and Brandon Geraldo. Ryan has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of Multifamily Properties throughout the greater Northern California and northern Nevada.
He has directly executed over 175 multi-family dispositions throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada with an aggregate dollar amount of over $3.0 billion dollars and over 10,000 units sold. Ryan works with the most active private capital and institutional multifamily owners in the region as well as developers. Ryan began his career at Arroyo & Coates, one of the most active multihousing brokerage companies in the country.
