Current Responsibilities
Ryan Spradling covers the San Diego and Orange County markets for Jones Lang LaSalle’s West Coast Industrial Capital Markets platform. Ryan utilizes over 19 years of brokerage experience to make markets for clients including complex dispositions, valuing asset acquisitions, and negotiating for the equity placement and recapitalization of industrial properties.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Ryan was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield where he co-brokered a team responsible for over 15MM square feet of industrial product throughout San Diego. His brokerage career began in 2003 as an Industrial Landlord and Tenant Specialist with Burnham Real Estate which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2008.
