Ryan is part of the Indianapolis Industrial Brokerage team. Specializing in tenant representation, Ryan leads the business development efforts of the Occupier Services team. Representing local and national clients, the Occupier Services team provides market analytics, site selection, lease negotiation, incentives advisory and project management sevices. Ryan’s background in sales leadership and passion for data analytics provides a unique approach and perspective to real estate advisory.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was a rising star of E&J Gallo Winery’s Leadership Development Program. Ryan began his career in distributor management in Chicago moving back home to Indianapolis in 2019. Most recently, Ryan led Indiana’s Western Sales Division which was responsible for $24 million in yearly revenue. In his free time, Ryan loves to cook, golf, and attend live shows and sporting events.
