Ryan is a part of the Indianapolis Industrial Brokerage team and leads the business development efforts of the Occupier Services group. The Occupier Services group provides advisory to owners/users of large real estate portfolios. Ryan and his team provide expertise in the following areas: portfolio management, site selection, build-to-suit, transaction negotiation, and investment sales. Ryan’s background in sales leadership and passion for data analytics provides a unique approach and perspective to real estate advisory.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was a rising star in the wine and spirits industry, working for one of the largest suppliers in the business. Ryan held multiple positions of leadership within distributor management and customer development. His passion for great food and drinks remains. In his free time, Ryan loves to cook, golf, and attend live events or shows.
