Current Responsibilities

As the leader of Kansas City's office division and tenant representation team, Ryan brings tremendous experience in developing new business relationships, interpreting market trends, strategic planning and unique insight and commitment to client service.  He is a proven leader that has consummated millions of square feet of transactions for his corporate clients.

Experience

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008, Ryan spent 9 years with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (now Cushman Wakefield) specializing in tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions, and dispositions of office properties.  Some of his recent transactions include:

During his business career, Ryan has been recognized numerous times for his accomplishments, including: Kansas City Business Journal's NextGen Leader 2013; JLL Gold Achiever – 2015, 2014, 2013;  Ingram's Magazine Class of 2012 "Forty Under 40"; JLL Top Achiever – 2011, 2012; CoStar Power Broker Award Winner – 2011; Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors' Multi-million Dollar Club Award - 2000-2012; CTMT "Louder than Words" Civic Involvement Award, 2007; CTMT Kansas City Rising Star - 2004; and CCIM Scholarship Award, 2001.

Education

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The University of Kansas. 

Affiliations

He serves as a board member of the Mid-America Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Johnson County Community College Foundation and has served as a board member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (2008-2009), a member of the Chamber of Commerce Centurions class of 2010 and a member of United Way Young Leaders Society (2007-2008).
