Current Responsibilities:
Ryan Roth is a Vice President with JLL focusing on office tenant representation. He advises clients and helps them develop comprehensive and strategic real estate plans. As a part of the leading tenant representation team in Houston, Ryan focuses on analyzing and negotiating office leases, dispositions and restructures.
Ryan has assisted and continues to manage transactions for clients such as: HP, Inc., ConocoPhillips, United Airlines, Porter Hedges, Oxy, Enbridge, Jones Walker, Buc-ee’s, Forum and many other corporations and law firms.
Advocating for his clients has always been at the heart of Ryan’s career. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, he practiced law for six years at a large international firm. Ryan’s experience as an attorney gives him a unique perspective on real estate transactions and the analytical and negotiating skills to advocate effectively for his clients.
