Description
Ryan Hixon is a Director in JLL’s North Florida Multifamily group focusing on markets throughout North Florida and the Southeast. He represents a variety of client types including high net worth individuals, syndications, family offices and private equity groups and has been involved in closing more than $500 million in investment sales.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management with an MBA designation in real estate finance. He previously worked in asset management with The Core Companies in San Jose, California developing financial models to track and analyse a 16-property portfolio of apartment buildings. Additionally, Ryan has served as an Advisory Director on the Board of a San Antonio-based real estate development group, Hixon Properties Inc.
After graduating with a B.A. from The University of Colorado, Ryan was employed with Appfolio Inc. to onboard new multifamily owners by transitioning their real estate portfolios onto the Appfolio platform. A lifelong ocean enthusiast, Ryan transferred to Surfline/Wavetrack inc. to manage internal operations, client relationships, and digital ad campaigns grossing $7 million in annual revenue. Ryan’s experience as a fourth-generation Jacksonville native led him back to the southeast and provides him with a deep understanding of the region’s commercial submarkets and active real estate investors.
