Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on existing multifamily assets, new development, mobile home parks and covered land play opportunities. In this role, he represented buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposition side as well as consult with clients on how to improve operations and increase the value of their assets. Before getting into the real estate industry, he successfully started and sold his stake in a brewery in the North Carolina Mountains.
