Ryan specializes in industrial end-user and tenant representation including focus on the Port Houston submarket. He solves diverse business challenges with real estate solutions, which include occupancy strategy, process execution, renewal, relocation evaluation and negotiation. Additionally, Ryan leverages his experience and expertise in distribution, rail logistics, import/export and taxation to impact his clients' broader business objectives. His guiding principles of empathy, honesty and patience allow him to develop and nourish long-term client relationships.
Experience:
Ryan has 18 years of industry experience and brings extensive market knowledge to industrial tenant representation. Before JLL, Ryan spent five years with Powell Industries in Houston and Calgary, where he was instrumental in sales, project management and business development.
