Current responsibilities
Ryan Farnham is an Associate in JLL’s Connecticut office. He is responsible for business development nationally and locally in the office and industrial markets. With a focus on tenant representation, Ryan aims to provide strategic solutions to his clients as well as working with private equity firms to optimize global portfolios.
Experience
Ryan started as an intern at JLL’s Manhattan office in the summer of 2022. While he was there, he worked on both tenant representation and agency leasing.
Education and affiliations
Ryan graduated from Villanova University in December of 2022 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business. During Ryan’s time at Villanova, he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and volunteered with the Special Olympics.
