Current responsibilities
Ryan is a Vice President with the JLL Mid-Atlantic Industrial Practice Group based in the firm’s Baltimore, MD office. Ryan is responsible for providing real estate advisory and transaction services to institutional owners and corporate occupiers throughout the industrial sector in the Greater Baltimore region.
Experience
Ryan is a highly experienced real estate professional with significant transaction experience spanning over an 11-year career. Prior to joining JLL, Ryan worked for Knott Realty Group, one of the largest commercial property owners in the State of Maryland, where he oversaw leasing of the company’s 4,000,000 s.f. portfolio of industrial, flex and office properties throughout the Mid Atlantic, in addition to properties located in the State of Florida. Ryan was responsible for all facets of the transaction cycle including procuring tenants, underwriting prospective lease transactions, drafting and negotiating leases, coordinating tenant improvements, creating property budget assumptions and preparing leasing presentations for ownership. Ryan’s responsibilities also included redeveloping and repositioning properties that were either within the Knott portfolio or those that were being considered for acquisition or development.
Education and affiliations
Ryan is a graduate of the Roanoke College where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ryan also earned his Master of Science in Real Estate degree from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland.
