Current Responsibilities:
Ryan provides a range of services throughout the Pennsylvania market including agency leasing, tenant representation, sales and site selection.
Experience:
Ryan recently transitioned from Eastern & Central Pennsylvania's industrial research analyst, to an Executive Vice President on the brokerage team.
In his previous role, Ryan managed client communications in regards to industrial research, data and reporting, working with both industrial landlords and users. Ryan maintained local insight into industrial transactions, development, tenant requirements, labor and demographic reports and market statistics. Responsible for assisting the industrial brokerage and capital markets teams for prospective and current clients, he quickly transitioned to Associate.
Ryan is licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
