Current responsibilities
Ryan Baker serves as Director within JLL Value and Risk Advisory – Hotels and Hospitality, based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Baker conducts appraisals and consulting assignments of lodging properties across the United States, which include limited-service, select-service, full-service, extended-stay, and resort hotels.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in 2019, Mr. Baker was with Integra Realty Resources where he served as senior analyst. Mr. Baker has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting with all types of real property since 2011. He has experience in appraisals on various property types, including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, raw and developed land, residential subdivisions, mixed use projects, net lease retail, and ground leases.
Recent appraisal and consulting assignments have included Elevation Hotel & Spa, Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, Westin Alexandria, Marriott Newport, Hampton Inn Cleveland- Downtown, Aloft Milwaukee Downtown, Thompson Dallas, Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown, Aloft Buffalo Downtown, Marriott Dallas Uptown, Hotel Vinache, Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites Houston Downtown, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown, and several limited/select-service portfolios.
