Ruben specializes in Industrial product and has developed a balanced transactional discipline of sales, leasing, investments and land sales in the Inland Empire marketplace. Prior to being at JLL, Ruben assisted in the opening of the Inland Empire office for Colliers International in 1997, where he worked for 12 years. In the past four years, Ruben has been involved in the sales and leasing of over 113 million square feet of building and land with a transactional value in excess of $4.8 Billion.
