Prior to JLL, Royce worked for AmWINS Brokerage of Georgia where he helped transfer risk on a wide variety of local and national real estate portfolios. He was involved with accounts such as Home Depot, Lowes, and JP Morgan's Investment Portfolio.

Royce is a graduate The University of West Georgia where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. Royce is also Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors
