In his current role as Executive Vice President with JLL’s Tenant Representation Team, Ross focuses on representing companies in the Carolinas and throughout the country in their lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and dispositions (both subleases and sales).
His focus over the last five years has been strategically advising companies that have a portfolio of locations as their single point of contact. Prior to his role in brokerage, Ross specialized in research throughout the Carolinas for JLL. He used a thorough, enthusiastic approach to research and used that expertise to support both external and internal clients with an in depth understanding of the Carolinas markets.
Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and volunteers on both the Membership and Leadership Class Committees with CRCBR. Ross is married with one daughter named Frances.
