Career Summary

With over twenty five years of commercial real estate market experience, Ms. Clark specializes in corporate services multi-market  account management and representation, headquarters relocation strategies, multi-city site selection, and complex corporate requirements. Such services include strategic real estate portfolio planning, transaction implementation (regional, national, and global), account operations process development/innovation, and associated financial, analytical, and measurable benefits. Ms. Clark’s strength is her ability to navigate through complex situations, streamline delivery, and consistently provide outstanding proven results to her clients.

Prior to her position as Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms. Clark was Principal of The Staubach Company’s Orange County office where she was the leading producer of the Orange County office for four years.  Ms. Clark’s background also includes development as a Project Manager at Lincoln Property Company and financial analysis roles at UCI, Butterfield Savings Loan, and Pacificorp.  Ms. Clark has completed multiple large headquarters and regional office transactions for her clients. Her commitment to the client, loyalty,  and tenacious creative attitude toward fulfilling client needs has resulted in long-term relationships with her major clients, including Toyota for almost twenty years.
