Current responsibilities
Roman Rodriguez is responsible for leasing, business development and acquisitions/ dispositions within the Industrial platform of JLL in San Antonio and South Texas.
Experience
Roman's career in commercial real estate began in 2015. He started working as a Research Analyst in the JLL Houston office, where he supported market-leading brokerage teams with market presentations, reporting, and data analysis.
Most recently, Roman worked in JLL’s Houston office as a corporate real estate account manager, where he focused on assisting a Fortune 500 oilfield services company in managing their North American real estate portfolio of over 200 properties, negotiating lease and sale terms, and strategy planning.
Education and Affiliations
Roman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Texas Exes and the Urban Land Institute.
Roman holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman's License.
