Current Responsibilities
Roger Hill is currently responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and land sales. He also is responsible for leasing and marketing industrial buildings in the South Texas area.
Experience
Roger's career in commercial real estate started in 2005. He has been in the San Antonio market focusing on sales, leasing, development, and investment sales since 2005. Prior to joining JLL, Roger was a Principal at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services. He also worked for an oil and gas business owned by his family where he was responsible for acquiring income producing minerals and royalties throughout the United States. Roger ran title for all acquisitions, negotiated lease terms, and managed the properties within the company.
Education and Affiliations
Roger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the San Antonio Real Estate Council. He is a member of the Order of the Alamo, San Antonio German Club, Tejas Vaqueros, and an active member of the Texas Cavaliers. Roger holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman's License.
