Current Responsibilities:
Roger Hill is currently responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and land sales. Roger is also responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, land sales, leasing and marketing of office and industrial buildings in the South Texas area.
Experience:
Roger's career in commercial real estate started in 2005. Roger has been in the San Antonio market focusing on sales, leasing, development, and investment sales since 2005. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Principal at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services. Roger also worked for an oil and gas business owned by his family where he was responsible for acquiring income producing minerals and royalties throughout the United States. He ran title for all acquisitions, negotiated lease terms, and managed the properties within the company.
Representative clients past and present include American Residential Services, Capitol Aggregates, Chancellor Development, Crockett Development, Hill Family Interests, ING Clarion, Lynd Company, Medallion Homes, Milam Real Estate Advisors, Overland Group, Petty Family, Touchstone Communities and Zachry Corporation.
Education and Affiliations:
Roger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the San Antonio Real Estate Council. He is a member of the Order of the Alamo, San Antonio German Club, Tejas Vaqueros, and an active member of the Texas Cavaliers. Roger holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman's License.
