​Current responsibilities
Robyn Hollweck is the Regional Project Director for the Central Region and Canada. She is based in the JLL headquarters office in Chicago. In her role, Robyn provides advisory services to both internal and external stakeholders in the areas of growth and talent.

Robyn is responsible for identifying growth on existing accounts, securing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. She is an expert in all aspects of project delivery including planning, process, strategy and execution. 

Her past experience in executing projects and managing operations allows her to quickly identify areas for improvement in order to consistently influence the quality of JLL’s service delivery.

Robyn also focuses on identifying high value talent within the organization and she is responsible for recruiting the best external talent. She ensures clients within her region have the appropriate project management resources in place to support each client’s objectives. Robyn is the conduit between JLL staff and JLL accounts to ensure best practices and lessons learned are leveraged. 

Experience
Before joining JLL, Robyn was the Operations Director for the Midwest Region at Mace, a privately held project management firm based in London. 

Robyn was the second hire in the Midwest region, where she grew the business from two staff members to twenty staff members in four years.  She drove all aspects of the business including recruiting, business development, establishing processes and managing profit and loss for the region. Robyn increased revenue in her region by 400% during her time with the firm.

Prior to working at Mace, Robyn spent a number of years executing projects for a privately held project management firm in Chicago. Her expertise in corporate interiors projects covers multiple sectors including financial, institutional, law firm, retail and healthcare. She also has hands on experience working for an international General Contractor where she was the Assistant Superintendent for the ground up construction of a research building.

Education
Robyn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
