He has a great reputation among local and regional developers working on land sales, and a wide range of small and large developments, as well as build-to-suits for various retailers, medical and commercial users.
While covering the entire state of Michigan and northeastern Ohio markets, Robert has successfully helped several national and regional tenants secure locations and expand their existing market presence as well as the disposition of any unwanted real estate in their portfolio. He has also worked with many banks and attorneys on their REO assets and dispositions.
Securing over 3 million square feet of project leasing assignments on an on-going basis, Robert has a pulse on what’s going on in the market today.
Robert prides himself on being an expert on current market knowledge and has consulted with many investors and developers on their ongoing projects.
Robert graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, Detroit Social Club and SNG Networking Group.
