Career summary
Robert is a Senior Managing Director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, specializing in Corporate Finance & Net Lease practices. He leads assignments involving advisory work, helping corporate clients better understand their occupancy and financial alternatives regarding their real estate platform. In addition, Robert leads implementation assignments that include structured financing, acquisition, and disposition activities. He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate capital markets.
Robert’s current responsibilities include both advisory and implementation services with products ranging from sale-leaseback, build-to-suit, lease acquisition, among other customized corporate finance assignments that involve key operating facilities such as manufacturing/supply chain and critical mission, as well as general purpose facilities such as corporate headquarters. Robert has experience in both the U.S. as well as other parts of North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. During his career, he has worked on advisory/consulting analysis as well as implementation assignments valued over $5 billion.
Prior to joining JLL, Robert worked principally at a real estate fixed asset investment group, a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Financial Services, a division of Weyerhaeuser Corporation. Subsequent to that, he worked for Koll Realty Advisors, an investment arm of Koll Development, and the CBRE/Madison Advisory Group advising corporations on their real estate occupancy requirements.
