Current Responsibilities
Rob focuses on advising occupiers and owners throughout South Florida. His comprehensive knowledge of market trends, property valuations, and supply chain dynamics allow him to effectively advise clients on all aspects of the transaction, ensuring they make well-informed decisions that align with their business goals.
Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Rob’s firm focused on acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions on behalf of select institutional and private high net worth clientele across Florida. Rob began his brokerage career as part of an award-winning team in Northern New Jersey in 2016 where he successfully leased an industrial portfolio of one-million square feet. He returned to Florida in 2017 as a Senior Director with TCRE, where he played an integral role in shaping Florida’s medical cannabis industry, orchestrating the strategic rollout of retail and industrial locations across the state for several of the industry’s top operators. He has completed more than $150 million in transaction volume over his tenure.
