Current responsibilities
Robert A. Delisio is a Director for the Pittsburgh Office of JLL Value and Risk Advisory. He has over ten years of appraisal experience, including preparation of appraisal reports, appraisal reviews, supply and demand analysis, financial and site feasibility, and overall market examination. He regularly appraises all major asset classes, including retail, office, multi-family, industrial, and self-storage projects. Over the past few years, Rob has turned his focus to two specialized niches: student housing/educational facilities and urban mix-use facilities. He has performed hundreds of appraisals across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Michigan, and Maryland.
