Current responsibilities
RJ Trowbridge joined JLL in 2018 is currently serving as the Lead of the Agency Leasing - Office Services Team and the Healthcare Team Lead in the Kansas City Office. RJ specializes in office landlord representation services, office owner/user sales and medical office leasing services. His expertise in creating innovative marketing strategies and his ability to access the right tenants for projects has enabled him to become a trusted partner on over 7,000,000 SF of leasing assignments throughout the Kansas City Metro.
Experience
RJ began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 and has worked with several global commercial real estate firms in Chicago and Kansas City. Over the past 15 years RJ’s clients have engaged him with the opportunity to lease notable office projects such as Creative Campus, Three Hallbrook, 1111 Main, 1201 Walnut, Lighton Plaza, Edison District, Briarcliff and Southlake. Since joining JLL, RJ has completed over $200 Million in transactions on behalf of his clients.
Education and Affiliations
RJ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from The University of Kansas. He serves as a board member and executive committee member for Junior Achieve of Greater Kansas City. RJ graduated from the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurions Leadership Program in 2019.
He is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.
