Current responsibilities
For over 17 years Riley Gilbert has been creating real estate solutions aligned with the objectives of institutional real estate owners, corporate clients and private real estate owners throughout the Greater Phoenix market. Riley serves as a critical member on the industrial brokerage team in Phoenix and handles responsibilities related to representing both property owners and tenants. Riley’s expertise is in industrial leasing and industrial building and land sales throughout the Greater Phoenix area, with a primary focus in the West Valley. Since joining JLL in 2011, Riley has been involved in over 650 transactions and has completed over 35 million square feet of lease and sale transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in consideration.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Riley was involved in all stages of real estate transactions from site selection and land acquisition, to build-to-suit and construction projects. Riley’s previous experience includes working in-house for a commercial developer representing a portfolio consisting of approximately 2 million square feet.
