He has developed strong relationships with industrial property owners through his proven track record of effective, customized marketing strategies for their commercial real estate. He offers deep market expertise and is responsible for client relationship management and business development.
Prior to joining JLL, Richard was with Marcus & Millichap, where he was focused on new business opportunities, market analysis, and transaction management. Richard has over a decade of extensive and diverse sales experience in the Los Angeles region.
