Mr. Mauro joined JLL's Corporate Solutions business in New York City in 2006. Now based in Pittsburgh, he is a Global Account Lead delivering Transaction and Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, and variable Project Management Services to clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He is also a Transactions Lead for the Americas, managing industrial and office transactions within the region.
Mr. Mauro served as the Americas Transactions Lead for Philips and The Hartford accounts, and in a global transaction management oversight role on the Unisys account. He also previously has been a transaction manager for the Aetna, Deutsche Bank, and BNY Mellon account teams. His core responsibilities involved acquisitions, dispositions, and advisory on transactions in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America. Prior to becoming a transaction manager, Mr. Mauro led financial analysis / valuation requirements for BNY Mellon, with a primary focus on international projects in Europe, Asia Pacific, and South America.
Before joining JLL, Mr. Mauro was an Analyst in the Capital Markets group at CB Richard Ellis, concentrating on office and retail property sales in the northeast region. Prior to CBRE, he was an Associate Analyst at Prudential Equity Group, LLC and was part of a team that studied metals & mining companies in order to provide investment advice to clients.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Mauro graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and New York.
