Current responsibilities
Raymond A. Smith III serves as an Associate Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Houston. In this role, Mr. Smith is responsible for performing various appraisal and consulting services for the Houston practice which includes office buildings, single-family and multi-family residential, single and multi-tenant retail centers, regional malls, industrial facilities, subdivisions, convenience stores/service stations, mini-warehouse facilities, schools, churches and other special-purpose properties and rural properties. Other property types include the right of way and utility corridors, easements, and various property types for eminent domain proceedings.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Mr. Smith served as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources (IRR) in Houston.
Mr. Smith has successfully completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities, and other institutions. He has completed the Standards and Ethics Education Requirements for Practicing Affiliates of the Appraisal Institute.
