Current responsibilities:
As a member of JLL’s tenant representation team, Rachel’s responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, and lease documentation for corporate users, as well as general support of all brokerage functions. Rachel brings strong analytical and market knowledge to the facilities planning, relocation, and negotiation process.
Experience:
Rachel brings a unique skill set to the JLL team from her experience with Office Investment Sales and Global Shared Services at CBRE. Rachel’s extensive knowledge of the DFW office market paired with a thorough understanding of financial modeling and analysis allow her to provide a comprehensive service that is beneficial in complex real estate transactions.
Education and affiliations:
Rachel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. Rachel is an active member of TREC Young Guns and the Junior League of Dallas. She is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
