Career summary
Rachael is a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She is responsible for the origination and execution of debt and equity placement across the United States, with a focus on structured finance. Rachael has been responsible for arranging more than $3 billion worth of total project capitalizations to date throughout the debt and equity markets. She will continue originating and structuring a balanced approach of creative, full-capital stack solutions for clients throughout all product types.
Rachael began her career at a buyside advisory firm where she spent several years focused on net-leased properties, consulting on more than $400 million of commercial acquisitions, mainly in the retail and industrial sectors. She is licensed to practice real estate in California and New York.
