Career summary:
Richard is a Senior Managing Director and co-heads the Atlanta & Nashville offices of JLL Capital Markets. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. In addition to overseeing day-to-day capital markets operations across the region, he is primarily responsible for investment advisory transactions throughout the Southeastern United States with a focus on commercial properties.
During the course of his career, Richard has been involved in close to $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before joining HFF in 2008, he worked at Staubach, Trammell Crow Company and Credit Suisse First Boston.
