Current Responsibilities
Preston Phillips joined JLL in March 2018 as Senior Vice President for JLL in Jacksonville, Florida. His focus is on office product in North Florida with an emphasis on agency leasing and tenant representation.
Experience
Preston has been in the North Florida real estate community since 2007, specializing in Office transactions. Preston assists tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the Jacksonville market. Preston is a two-time recipient of the NAIOP Office Sale/Lease of the Year and received eight consecutive CoStar Power Broker awards. At JLL, he over sees the leasing of over1,900,000 s.f. and assists clients with all areas of office requirements.
Education and Affiliations
A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Preston received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and holds a Florida real estate license.
Preston is an active member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals) and ULI (Urban Land Institute) where he serves on several committees.
