Philip White is Vice President for Jones Lang Lasalle's hotel team in the New York City office tasked with developing the national select-service hotel division of JLL. In excess of platform development and client relations, Philip has been entrusted with deal execution, ensuring the certainty of transactions for his clients.
After previously working in hotel operations, he completed a nearly 4-year stint of providing investment banking analysis and assisting the brokerage service division. He then transitioned to the client support and transactions division for hospitality acquisitions and dispositions in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest regions. Since assisting with hotel transactions, he has executed on over 100 unique properties, valued at an estimated $1.2 billion, across the United States. Philip has experience completing both single-asset and portfolio hotel transactions.
Philip is a graduate of East Lansing’s Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business, minoring in real estate investment management.
