With an impressive track record under his belt, Philip Lee is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions. Over the course of his career, he has underwritten properties worth over $5 billion and been involved in transactions totaling over $200 million.
Philip's expertise is bolstered by his exceptional knowledge of Denver's market. Being a Denver native, he provides clients with a unique understanding of the city's market conditions, along with his extensive experience in principal investing.
Before teaming up with David Lee and Jason Addlesperger, Philip served as a Financial Analyst within a Private Capital Markets team, where he focused on office, retail and industrial investment sales. He also worked on the principal side of the business with Black Creek Group on their portfolio management team, honing his skills in underwriting industrial assets and analyzing market trends across the United States.

Philip earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and real estate from Colorado State University.
