Current Responsibilities:

Phil Schenkel serves as a team member for both agency and tenant representation clients requiring advanced levels of transaction and operational experience. Over his career, Phil has managed agency relationships with among others Brandywine Realty Trust/DRA Realty Advisors, Waterfront Redevelopment Partners, City Office REIT, Barstow Associates, Diversified Capital, Post Road Management, Arcadia Properties, Westfield Corporate Holdings, CD Realty Advisors, Integrated Health Campus, Cedar Crest Professional Park and Franklin Realty and Development Corporation.

Experience:

Phil has thirty-two years of commercial leasing, management, development, acquisition and disposition experience. He has been involved in over one thousand separate lease and sale transactions totaling approximately $2 Billion in transaction value for both owner/investor and tenant clients.

Phil joined JLL in January 2014 after spending six years in the Lehigh Valley office of CBRE. Prior to 2008, Phil spent eighteen years with Brandywine Realty Trust and Bell Atlantic Properties overseeing and managing the day to day operations, asset management and leasing of multiple suburban office and industrial portfolios totaling over five million square feet in several Pennsylvania and New Jersey submarkets.

Education:

Phil is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and is a highly-respected member of the Lehigh Valley real estate and business community. He currently is actively involved in many regional community and civic organizations, including having served on the Board of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation where he was Chairman of the Brokers Developers Council. In addition, Phil served for many years as an active member (three times as the event chair) of the Lehigh Valley March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Awards Committee and he has held a significant number of leadership and advisory roles at the Cathedral Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem and for the Episcopal Diocese of Bethlehem.
