Phil Algrim serves as a real estate specialist with a primary focus on landlord representation across the Kansas City Metropolitan area. With real estate experience ranging from property management, construction management and brokerage services, Phil provides clients with the expertise and knowledge required to successfully complete any transaction.

Mr. Algrim has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 1,000 transactions.
Select Landlord clients have included RREEF, Clarion Partners, GE Real Estate, Bentall Kennedy, Millard, Fastenal, NorthPoint Development and CalEast.

Phil represents a portfolio of properties totaling over three million square feet across the Kansas City metro area. In this role, portfolio occupancy levels were increased during a market down turn, significantly increasing the value of the portfolio.
