Peter is a Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas, based out of the New York City office. Peter's career spans over fourteen years in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong focus on debt and equity placement transactions within New York City and across the United States.
Throughout his career, he has successfully closed transactions totaling over $12 billion, encompassing a wide range of financing structures - from permanent financing solutions, joint venture equity to intricate construction projects. In addition to his expertise in debt and equity placement, Peter also specializes in lender finance, a crucial aspect of his role. He assists financial institutions in effectively managing their liquidity by facilitating various financial structures, including senior loans, A notes, note on note, mezzanine financing, and other bifurcated arrangements.
Through his deep understanding of the industry and comprehensive knowledge of financing options, Peter helps financial institutions optimize their capital structure and achieve their liquidity objectives.
In 2017, he was honored as one of Commercial Observer's 25 Under 35: The Lenders and Debt Brokers to Watch. Furthermore, JLL's NYC debt team has been recognized as the top intermediary in New York City by the Mortgage Bankers Association, boasting a transaction volume more than double its closest competitor.
Peter joined JLL Capital Markets through the acquisition of HFF in 2019.
